1 1/2 teaspoon of salt
4 cups of flour
1 1/2 tablespoon of yeast
1 1/2 cup lukewarm water
3 tablespoons of olive oil
2 1/2 cups chopped ham or pepperoni
1 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 cup pizza sauce for hot pizzas

Add the flour, salt and baking powder to a food processor with the blade. Mix until well combined.
Mix in olive oil.
Turn the machine on and while it is running, pour in lukewarm water. Let the machine run until the dough separates from the edges and forms a ball.
Put the dough in a greased bowl and cover. Let grow until doubled in size.
Take handfuls of dough and roll them out into a small circle the size of your hand. Add pizza sauce, cheese and meat and fold the circle of dough to form a semi-circle.
Seal the edges and bake on an ungreased baking sheet at 450 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
To Freeze: After cooking, wrap in plastic wrap and place in a freezer-safe ziplock bag. Freeze for later use.
To reheat from frozen, unwrap plastic wrap, cover with paper towel and microwave for 1 1/2 minutes. Once thawed, microwave for 30 to 60 seconds.
Makes about 8 large hot pockets and if you use this pizza dough it will make about 2 12 inch pizzas.
Other ingredients: ground beef, bacon, vegetables, Canadian bacon, pineapple, grated chicken, barbecue sauce, spinach, Alfredo sauce, jalapeño peppers
Freezing: Freeze for up to 3 months.
Dough tip: Here is a simple tip to check if the bread is ready to rise. Once you think the dough has doubled in size, just use your fingers to make a half-inch indentation in the top of the dough. If the notch persists, the dough is ready for the next step. If the notch disappears, the dough needs more time to grow.
