This Easy Kahlua Chocolate Cake is both fast and impressive when you don’t have a lot of time. Your friends and family will surely love this moist, tender chocolate cake soaked in Kahlua and sprinkled with ganache. It’s delicious on its own or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
1 box of 15.25 oz chocolate cake mix
1 can (3 ounces) of instant vanilla pudding
16 ounces of sour cream
3/4 cup Kahlua
3/4 cup vegetable oil or canola
4 large eggs
1 cup of chocolate pieces
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Grease a container with fat and flour.
Mix the cake mixture, pudding, sour cream, kahlua, oil and eggs. Add the chocolate pieces.
Pour into a prepared pan and bake for 55 to 65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Allow to cool. Remove from a decorative baking pan and sprinkle the upper part with powdered sugar.
