Ingredients

¾ cup fresh breadcrumbs

2 pounds of ground beef

2 large eggs, beaten eggs

½ cup onion, minced

1 ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

3 cups cheddar cheese shredded

1 ½ teaspoon salt

how to make :

Stage 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a large bowl, combine the meat, breadcrumbs, onion, eggs, salt, and pepper and mix well. Pat the meat mixture into a 14 x 18-inch rectangle on a piece of wax paper. Spread the cheese over the meat, leaving a 3/4-inch border around the edges. Roll like gelatin to envelop the filling and form a pinwheel loaf. Press the meat on both ends to wrap the cheese. Place in a 10 x 15-inch baking dish.

Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).
